 麻烦你 má fan nǐ

 

 

 

Sorry to trouble you.

 

물어보거나 도움을 청할 때 자주 쓰인다. 麻烦의 글자적 의미는 번거롭다, 성가시다인데 麻烦你라는 구를 사용하여 타인에 대한 존중을 드러낸다.  이 구를 사용할 때, 나我라는 주어는 쓸 필요가 없다.

 

麻烦你， 请问健身房在哪里?

- 健身房 [ jiànshēnfáng ] 헬스클럽

Excuse me, could you please tell me where the gym is?

 

麻烦你대신에 劳驾 (láo jià)를 쓸 수 있다. 뜻은 실례합니다Excuse me이다.

 

 

 不好意思 bù hǎo yì si

 

 

 

to feel embarrased / to find it embarrassing / to be sorry(for inconveniencing somebody)

 

不好意思는 무언가 잘못해서 사과할 때 쓸 수 있다.

 

不好意思，我迟到了。

- 迟到 [ chídào ] 지각하다

I'm sorry I'm so late.

 

Excuse me의 의미로 쓰일 때 不好意思가 麻烦你를 대신할 수 있다.

不好意思，可以帮我拿一下那本书吗?

Excuse me, could you please help me to get that book?

 

 

 对不起 duì bu qǐ

 

 

 

unworthy/to let down/I’m sorry/excuse me/pardon me/if you please/sorry?

 

미안하다라는 뜻으로 일반적으로 사용된다. 예를 들면 누군가의 발을 밟았을 때, 부딪쳤을 때 쓴다.

 

对不起，今天我有急事，需要先走一步。

I’m sorry, I have to leave early to deal with something urgent.

 

위의 예문에서 不好意思로 对不起를 대신해서 쓰면 좀더 부드럽게 미안하다라고 말할 수 있다.

Excuse me, is there a pharmacy nearby?

 

 

* 一下 (yī xià)

to give something a try

 

一下를 쓰면 누구에게 무엇인가를 제시하는 좀더 격의없이 부드럽게 할 수 있다.

 

동사 뒤에 붙인다. 예를 들면

 

问一下  to ask a question

看一下  to take a look at something

打扰你一下  to bother someone for help

- 打扰 [ dǎrǎo ] 방해하다. 지장을 주자, 폐를 끼치다{완곡한 표현에 쓰임]

 

打扰你一下，请问现在几点了？

Excuse me, what is the time?

 

 

 不用谢 bú yòng xiè

You’re welcome / Don’t mention it

 

문자그대로를 풀면 고마워 할 필요없다이다. 谢谢에 대한 가장 일반적인 반응이다.

you’re too kind / you flatter me

哪里哪里，您过奖了。 = You’re too kind.

 

 

 没关系 méi guān xi)

it doesn’t matter 

 

关系는 관계라는 의미로 알려져 있지만, 이 경우 걱정, 영향 등의 의미이다. 没关系란 there's no concern, there's no affect 등이다.

对不起，我迟到了。 = I’m sorry I’m so late!

没关系，下次注意就好了。 = It’s OK, just be careful next time
